POLYFIBER M produced 100% virgin polypropylene raw materials without containing olefin or polyamide materials. Specially treated surfaces and fibrillated form of mini bundles do not affect negatively the hydration rate or stiffening time of concrete. POLYFIBERS distributes easily, uniformly and complete in the dry or wet mixture without balling and have user-friendly package. After the addition the necessary quantity of POLYFIBERS into the mixture either at the concrete mixing plant or the truck mixer on-site, five minutes rapid mixing is enough for the properly distribution. POLYFIBERS are ready to use and do not require changes in the concrete mix design or class. Concrete that contained wire mesh often improperly placed and does not meet its primary function of secondary reinforcement. These are frequently results unsightly cracks that are source of customer dissatisfaction, time consuming and potential expensive repair complains. POLYFIBERS give excellent properties to slab on grade and eliminate the need for wire mesh where use as secondary reinforcement whether one or two layers. In most installations POLYFIBERS cost less than wire mesh and require no handling, no positioning, no spacers, but always positioned correctly in the mixture.
